*Immediate family members include your children (under parental supervision), your partner, your parents and your partner’s parents. Access to immediate family members is limited to Vivo Virtual Care services. ^Mental Health Navigator is only available for those aged 18 years or older.
How to make a claim
When making a claim, you expect a quick response. That’s where we come in.
Claims can come during times of stress, illness, pain or heartache – so we want you to be confident that if you’re in a tough situation, you’ll be able to get a clear answer, fast.
If you need to make a claim, we’ll provide you with a dedicated claims consultant to help you through the process and make things as simple as possible. They’ll make sure we get everything we need to assess the claim carefully and efficiently, so you can focus on getting better.
STEP 1: CONTACT US
Get started by contacting us on 1300 476 030 or claims@encompassprotect.com.au as soon as you know you need to make a claim and we’ll get things moving. Our phone lines are open 8.00am to 6.00pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday.
STEP 2 - PROVIDE INFORMATION
Once you’ve got your claim started, we’ll be in touch to find out exactly what’s happened, getting to know you and your situation better. We’ll work out the right type of claim and gather all the information we need to assess things quickly.
Sometimes we might need you to send us extra information or documents. We’ll let you know what we need and support you through this process.
STEP 3 - CLAIMS ASSESSMENT
As soon as we have enough information to start your assessment, we’ll put you in touch with your dedicated claims consultant. They’ll be your go-to resource for all information and support related to your claim.
STEP 4 - DECISION
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way through the assessment process and let you know once a decision’s been made.
